Health reports
Bring your history to the conversation.
Ova can create a PDF summary from the cycle and symptom records you have logged. Use it to review your history or choose to share it with your doctor.
What is in an Ova health report?
Report contents depend on the available records and selected range. They can include cycle and period history, summary values, recurring symptom patterns, frequently logged symptoms, data notes and supported health-measurement charts.
A report describes your records. Missing entries cannot be reconstructed from the PDF, and a summary is not an independent measurement of your health.
How do I prepare a report?
- Review the period dates and symptom entries you want to include.
- Open Health report and choose the available report range.
- Preview the report and check the dates, cycle history and units shown.
- Use Share PDF when you are ready to choose a destination.
If the selected range has little relevant history, the report may have less information. Add or correct actual records before expecting a fuller summary.
Is the PDF the same thing as a backup?
No. A PDF is a readable summary. It is not the backup file used to restore your Ova profile and logs. Use Backup & restore to prepare a separate restorable copy.
Keep both kinds of exports private: they can contain sensitive information.
Where is a shared report stored?
Ova prepares the report on your device. The destination you select in the operating system's share or save flow controls any exported copy. If you choose an email app, cloud drive or another service, that service handles the copy you send there.
Deleting Ova's local records does not delete copies you previously saved or shared outside the app. Review your chosen destination before completing a share action.
What should I expect from a report?
It can help organize a conversation about what you logged. It cannot diagnose a condition, confirm pregnancy or ovulation, establish a cause for symptoms or replace professional care.
